Skullcrusherhammer, you are involved in more bands, but what’s up with Tormentor of the Holy Trinity? Let’s talk about the bands in which you are active in. Do you have any other underground activity besides making musick?
Yeah men, I with a couple of friend orginice underground concerts. Well, in november of the last year we brought the Almighty PENTACLE!! to our city (Valdivia, Chile), That show was fucking killer. Very memorable and from my point of view, one of the best gigs I ever seen.
How often do you have rehearsals? Do you rehearse as two-piece band or you use session members at rehearsals too? How is the atmosphere of a Bloody Vengeance gig? Do you like, when the crowd gets completely mad of your music? I think that’s a good feedback for the band, better if the crowd only stands and watching.
I dont know,when we play, we try to do our best. The crow, in general, with us are pretty quiet and they dedicated to watch the show. But you have right about that, when you see the maniacs destroy himselfs its kinding of rewarding.
Let’s talk about the birth of Bloody Vengeance. When did you form this band exactly and what was the final reason, why you decided to unleash this beast upon the world? Have you had a musical conception prior to the creation of it or this bestial occult Death / Black Metal took shape only after some rehearsals and jammings?
The concept it`s always the same, being honest with ourselves, that is the primordial phylosophy for us. About the music, we realize what we want to play when we started to reahearsal. From nothing came out this sound like Death/Black with some touches of Death/Thrash. Well, to being honest with you, big part of that sound it is becouse my lack of knowledge and hability with the guitar in that time jajaja.
The first manifestation of your dark mind was released in 2010 under the title „In Conspiracy with Death”. First it was released on tape, later on CD and in 2012 Iron Bonehead carried out the vinyl version. First I listened to the tape and it’s unworldly atmosphere immediately grabbed my attention, it’s a masterpiece! The screams are also something, that really adds to the whole. Anyway, I won’t talk more, please introduce this material to us!
jaja thanks men, that record was very instintive, a lot of screams and mistakes in the ejecution of the songs, its a chaotic record. Simple riffs, the lyrics in that time was very directs, the type of lyrics that can bring aggresion feelings. That record it is a weird mixt beetween death/thrash with black metal. I like several songs from that tape... but, still to these days, The Sweet Scent of Death take all my attention.
Is there a big emphasis on the lyrics? Are they important or they just obligatory accessories to the songs? What do you want to express with the demo title „Sweet Stench of Death”? What Death means to you? Is this just the beginning of something or the end?
Both, the end and the beginning, that concept its quiet personal but, for me, its the gate to another plane. The lyrics always are important to us, METAL it is more than just music, should transmite something more, independet of our personal opinions, the concept of the bands and his convictions play a key role. This music, appart of the feeling that can generate us, it is destined to makes us THINK. Just see the beginnings of Black Sabbath, the lyrics mean something. If for someone it is just music... He is in the wrong place.
When did you release the CD version of the demo? Whose idea was it to put some extras on it? Was it a pressure by the label or you wanted it as something special, not just an ordinary re-release? What are these bonus songs? I also possess this CD and I am proud to have it in my collection. Although, sadly I don’t have the vinyl edition from 2012 and there are some extras on it too. What should we know about them?
It was a great idea to put something different in every re-release, and the bonus songs are basically the tape Across Acheron (I will send you some copies). From the bonus tracks in From the Abyss 12”, Burning the Cross, Across Acheron and From the abyss was a great time of creation for us. Great lyrics, great music, aggresive with some passages of total darkness, it is quiet different about the songs of the demos.
In 2011 you released another material simly with the title „Promo 2011”. On this we find the songs from the demo and some live recordings. When did you create the song „From the Abyss”, was it a fresh song at the time? What is the difference between the demo recodings and these other recordings? Did you re-record it or is there another mixing and mastering? Why was it released and whsoe idea was it, who handled the release itself?
That promo is just a compilation of all our songs in that time. Not any track was re-recorded, it is not different to the song that you can find in the other releases.
At the next year you continued your blasphemous works with a new devastation entitled „Across Acheron”. So far, this was only released on tape by Pagan South Productions. What should we know about this demo? It contains 4 devilish proclamations, were they fresh at the time? Introduce this material to us.
Yeah, that songs came out beacouse of the extra tracks that we recorded to the re-release of the demo In Conspiracy With Death. So, we put together that songs and create that tape, (Across Acheron) there are a very few copies, and I think I still Have some covers of that Ep.
Let’s make a little promotion for Pagan South Productions. Do you know them personally? What kind of materials they usually release?
Yes I know the owner, It is a very small label destined to the underground from Chile. Specially the bands from the South.. great releases! .. but very limited to the underground.
The debut full-lenght „From the Abyss” was unleashed in 2012, as far as I know only on vinyl and limited to 500 copies, right? What would you share with us about this material? On this one there are again songs the fans might know from previous stuff. What are the changes in these songs compared to the older ones – thinking about new mastering, mixing, change in song structures, etc.
Nothing different. In that release (From the Abyss) we tried that keep sounding like the original records. What is new is the inclusion of three extra songs: Dethroned by Evil (Till Death cover); From the Abyss and Burning the Cross (that are appearing in the Across Acheron tape).
Will it be released on CD and tape as well? Is it important for you to unleash your blasphemies on every format? Have you received offers regarding this?
No, it is not important. In that time we recieve offer from Deathrash Armageddon to the re-release in cd, and in the same time Iron Bonehead show interest in the vynil version.
After two years, in 2014 the time has come to release your new full-lenght massacre, entitled „Fallint into the Occult” that I also possess, thanks to you. There are only fresh (de)compositions on it and I noticed, that the rotting world did not make any change in your unholy art, it’s a sraightforward continuation of your previous materials. No innovations, no experiementation, only the strict following of the path you started to walk on. Despite all of this, you managed to create really memorable songs. Tell us about the creation of this material!
It was a long way to release that cd. We cannot find, in that time, a label who wants to release our new work in a short period. The songs that we chosen to recording was the best of that time, the only thing I will change in that period it is maybe have more time for some decisions from the point of view of musical composition. But independent of that, the atmosphere created in that record and the lyrics are of my total delighfull. I think is the most complete record if we analize the music, lyrics and art, all the three of them are in a strong connection.
Why did not you choose to cooperate with Iron Bonehead on this material and how did you come in touch with Proselytism? Did you choose it because they are from Chile too? Let’s make a promotion for them as well, what releases of this label would you advise to the Hungarian maniacs.
I did not chose that, Peter have another priorities in that time so we choose a label who can release it in a short time period. Maybe in the future someone appear with the intention in re-release it in vinyl, that would be great. Proselytism it is a great label with even greater releases, and that´s why we chose them to release our new work. Deathmessiah did a great work with the layout and everything in relation with the cd. about the releases of that label... I recomend everything men... from far I know there is no crappy release from proselytism.
This have been released only on CD so far, are there any plans for LP and tape releases? I guess the german label will be interested in handling the analog versions, right?
Any plan yet, for one part we have not search a label and any label has show some interest in re-release it in vinyl.
As an outsider, I see the Chilean scene as a very strong one with many hordes and underground activists. I guess you don’t see it in the same way as a local chilean, though you have really many great horders. One of my new favourites are Uttertomb, with whom I also made an interview for this issue. Besides that, Miserycore, Unholy Force, Ruined, Aquer, Perversor, Atomicide, Grave Malefice, Force Of Darkness, Assault, Kratherion, Necroripper, Necroslaughter, Terror Strike, Praise The Flame and Putrid Evocation are all very good bands. Who would you recommend us to check? Can you recommend some labels and zines as well?

As a Chilean, what are you proud of the most? What do you like in your country and what do you don’t? Let’s talk about your everyday lives and your country in general!
The different landscapes here in my country it is the best of all, there is a extreme cold weather in the south and the desert in the North. We have a coast with beatifull landscapes influences by the sea and in the other hand there is the Cordillera de los Andes, full of montains and volcanoes. The crappy think is the politics men... we must kill them all... a fucking plague that must be extinguish right know from the face of the earth... Fuck them!
What are your plans for this year? Will you record or release something new? Maybe a split release? With who would you cooperate gladly? Are there any nations, with whose bands you would not gladly cooperate?
A split cd with a serius band, of course... but till now we stop our activities as a band. I have plans to record, in march, the first demo of my new proyect called Osiris Judgement
