Infernal hail, Necroführer, on the pages of Tales of the Morbid Butchers ’zine! Please introduce NECROSADIST to the readers! What are the main chapters to tell in your band’s carrier?
Hell! We started the band in 2001 as Necrofucker, back then we had played a few gigs as Necrofucker. In 2002 after the guitarist and bassist had left the band I changed the name of the band to Necrosadist.Back in those days we had released only 2 rehearsals "Reh'2003" and"Sex, Drinks & Antichrist" (2005). In 2013, with a refreshed line-up we recorded “Infernal Stench of Blasphemy” EP which later was released by “Under the Tyrant’s Banner Prod limited to 1000 copies on tape and by “Morbid Chapel Records” limited to 250 copies.
Which bands influenced you in the beginning?
Mainly the Old School stuff, like:Sarcofago, Blasphemy, old Sodom, old Destruction, Darkthrone, Bathory, Venom, Nifelheimetc.
Your band formed as NECROFUCKER. What was the reason why you changed the name? Was there any stuff released under this name?
We didn’t release anything as Necrofucker, the main reason was the departure of the guitarist and bassist who figured out the name of the band.
Whose idea was the NECROSADIST name? Who made the logo?
I changed the name of the band and it was my idea. Our logo has been created by the same person who made logo for “Bestial Raids” for example.
Your first release was a rehearsal, recording which come out in 2003. How did the metalheads welcome this release? Did this come out only as self-released stuff?
It was released independently by the band on tape and it was released in a strictly limited amount, if you wannawhat they were thinking about the tape you have to ask them yourself, haha, anyway there were many different reviews of that rehearsal.
The demo contains a DEICIDE, two BLASPHEMY and a DARKTHRONE cover too. Were you playing any other covers at that time?
As far as I remember we were playing Bathory 'Born for Burning' and Samael 'After the Sepulture' as well.
Were there any concerts of you then?
Of course, We were playing many gigs, but those weren’t big gigs.
Your next official stuff was „Sex, Drinks and Antichrist” demo which contains two former rehearsal tapes. Were these tapes available for the fans?
That tape was released in memory of our good friend from the band Blasphemy Rites, who died in an accident. Those tapes have never been available for fans earlier.
You were the responsible for the release of this stuff. Was there any interest or request by the side of labels at that time?
Old Temple was interested in releasing of that stuff, but they wanted it to be recorded in a studio not as a rehearsal.
There are also two cover songs from DESTRUCTION and CARPATHIAN FOREST included on this release. Do you play covers nowadays?
We don’t play these covers anymore, but it is possible that we will play DESTRUCTION in the future, who knows…
After this demo you went to a hiatus for 10 years what concern the releases. What happened with the band at this period?
In 2009 I had left to Austria and discontinued the band for 2 years. When I returned, it took some time to find the new line-up and in 2012 we started to play rehearsals regularly. It gave us the opportunity to play a few very cool gigs and to record our EP.
Finally you released „Infernal Stench of Blasphemy” EP, which was a very strong debut stuff in my opinion. How did the fanatics welcome this record?
We’ve received a very positive feedback from the fans. It just couldn’t be better, haha
The EP came out on CD format by Tyrant’s Banner Prod. and after that Morbid Chapel Records released it on tape. Didn’t want you to release this stuff on vinyl? Which is your favorite format?
I think that every band would like to have their albums released on vinyl. I hope that this EP is going also to be released on that format in the future.
There was many change in the line-up in your band at the past years. How was it set the band back?
Yeah, the line-up has been changing for years many times, what was caused by the different issues not always connected with the band.Current line-up looks like that:Necroführer - guitar, backingvoc; Thot - drums; Cuntreaper - vocals; Morbid G. - bass.
All of the members from the actual line-up have ties to EXCIDIUM. Is it hard to find musicians in Poland too? As for Hungary, most of the bands are consisted the same guys.
I wanted to find guys from my neighborhood, to make it easier to get to our rehearsal room. We live close to each other so they joined NECROSADIST. Also they are good friends of mine and very good musicians.
How often do you play in live gigs? Where have you played until now? Have you ever played outside of Poland?
We haven’t played outside of Poland yet, but I hope that we will play soon. When it comes to the frequency of our gigs it depends on our time, because almost everyone of us has a job and it’s sometimes impossible to play somewhere, nevertheless we are trying to play as often as we can manage to. Recently we played on Silesia- Katowice, Gliwice but also Warsaw, Kielce, Lublin and Rzeszów.
Which bands did you play with? Which legendary bands would you like to share the stage with?
We played gigs with bands like: Archgoat, Throneum, Bestial Raids, Demonomancy, Infernal War, Iperyt, Temple Desecration, Stillborn, Blaze of Perdition ...
I’d like to share the stage with good bands and I hope that it’s gonna be thay way in the future.
You have played at the first Black Silesia Fest as well. How did you like that show?
Amazing organization, Amazing line-up and great festival generally speaking. We had some sound problems but except for that we were happy on stage and the crowd was fuckin’ wild that evening.
What do you think about the Polish scene? It seems very strong from Hungary…
There are many great bands but also a lot of shit. Just like everywhere I would say.
I really like many Polish bands, for example INFERNAL WAR, THRONEUM, PLAGA, MGŁA, OUTRE, ARKONA, DOOMBRINGER etc.
Could you recommend other remarkable bands from your country to us? Which bands do you have contact with?
I do recommend: ANIMA DAMNATA, DEUS MORTEM, BESTIAL RAIDS, CULTES DES GHOULES, SZRON, KRIEGSMASCHINE, AZARATH, WITCHMASTER, NEKKROFUKK, DEMONIC TEMPLE, BESTIALITY ... Very good bands.
Seems like that alcohol and metal walk hand-in-hand, but for some dudes, this circle also includes drugs. What do you think about drugs? Do you use these materials?
I prefer alcohol, and I’m not interested in the other things. I don’t care what the others like.
Let’s turn off from music for a while! There are more and more people living and there are more and more hungry mouth in the Earth. It is obvious that mankind is overcrowded and besides they crash everything around them. What may the best solution for this overpopulation in your opinion? Maybe a new epidemic or a new world war?
Honestly, I’m not interested in that and I don’t fuckin’ care.
Finally, let me ask you what are the future plans of NECROSADIST?
At the moment we are working on the new material. It’s gonna be the new EP and we hope that at the end of summer/beginning of autumn we will record that in the studio and it will be released this year! for now I don’t wanna tell which record label is gonna release that, because it’s too early to tell you that. Next year we are planning the split withMordgieron 7" EP, which will be released by Antitheus Productions.
Thank you to answering my questions! Please, send a message to the Hungarian metalheads!
